Return/ Exchange Policy
All Returns and Exchanges must be initiated within 3 days following receipt/delivery of the purchase. The first day starts the day it was delivered. Please note all jewelry and sale items are FINAL SALE. Only regular priced items, (excluding jewelry) may be refunded or exchanged. Send us an email at email@example.com immediately to notify us of the potential exchange or return and for further instructions.
To be eligible for a return or exchange, your items must be returned unworn/unused and in the same condition, they were received. You will be responsible for paying your own return/exchange shipping costs with tracking.
Janie Chic Style is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages. All merchandise undergoes quality control before shipment. This means I personally inspect and package everything to ensure this quality. If your package incurs damages while in transit or is lost/stolen contact the shipping provider and file a claim.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, less shipping charges within a certain amount of days.
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your return.
